About me: Hey there sexy ladies! Welcome to Aradia Fitness (Cary)... the hottest new workout studio that throws out all those BORING weight machines and treadmills... instead, we use poles!
Our clients come from all walks of life... varying in ages, race, size, shape, and athletic prowess. Aradia ladies come to our studio looking to have some fun, get motivated with a new workout, build self-confidence, or unleash their "sexy side"!
All of our classes are held at our private studio located in Cary, North Carolina, complete with nine (yes, nine!) brass poles!

New students are eligible for Teaser Classes, Level 1 Sessions, workshops and "Beyond the Pole" workouts. Check out the schedule tab on OUR WEBSITE to see our available classes and keep checking back as we are always adding new ones! If you are ready to sign up for a class you simply need to register yourself on the website and click the date/class you are ready to join! (And best of all... no long-term contracts!)
