Although we like to think that the people in our lives are MORE well-adjusted THEN US, happy, healthy minded individuals, we sometimes realize that it just isn't so. Personally, I've had moments where I'll be skipping through my day, happy as can be, thinking life is grand and BAM, I'll be blindsided by someone who manages to knock the happy wind out of my sails.
Sometimes it is easy to write it off and other times, not so much.
Maybe you are a positive person, but when you are around a certain individual, you feel negative. Or, maybe you have an idealistic view of the world and when you are with certain people, you are made to feel silly, unrealistic or delusional. Or, maybe you pride yourself in being completely independent and in control of your life, but when you are around a certain family member, you regress into a state of childhood,and it feels good to bring out that child in us..Im just me..still with many childlike qualitys,vulnerable..and have no time for ignorance or righteous people who claim to "know it all"..Arrogant and negative people,I will run..We are all equal.Peace! :)

The "JOURNEY" IS LIFE ITSELF.Please enjoy it while we have it.Somewhere in your life you allowed yourself to be taken for granted or used and in doing so set yourself up for disappointment. People treat us the way we allow them to treat us. It would follow then that if you want to be treated better, first honor and respect yourself , treat yourself with the respect that you deserve. When we honor ourselves we draw to us relationships that mirror those qualities of respect. We are able to find and enter into healthier relationships based on mutual understanding, respect, and trust.Although you may not believe it the condition you feel trapped in is temporary,someday you WILL MANIFEST IT. Remember that pain teaches compassion , and makes us stronger. It also shows us how to appreciate all we do have. Stop looking at everyone else and comparing what they have to what you have etc.. release all that is painful and choose to look to your blessings and have faith. In life we will all grieve and suffer loss, it is a part of being human. Don't allow it to rob you of joy, accept it as a passing phase, just as the moon has its passing phases.nO THIS IS not EASY...Its a process, daily..like an assignemnet in school..Im still learning.. trust me..

that you just want to pick them from your dreams and hug them for
real, so that once they are around you appreciate them more.
Maybe . . you should do something nice for someone every single day,
even if it is simply to leave them alone.
Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they
will love you back. Don't expect love in return; just wait for it to
grow in their heart; but if it doesn't, be content that it grew in
YOURS.
Maybe happiness waits for all those who cry, all those who hurt,
all those who have searched, and all those who have tried, for only
they can WE appreciate the importance of all the people who have touched
OUR lives.
Maybe you shouldn't go for looks; they can deceive; don't go for
wealth; even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile,
because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright. Find the
one who makes your heart smile,HOPE for enough happiness to make you sweet,
enough trials to make you strong, sorrow to keep you human, and hope to make you happy.
We might consider to try to live life to the fullest because when
you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling,
but when you die, you can be the one who is smiling and everyone around
you is crying***
We should appreciate what we have, instead of looking for something that we think we are missing,spend to much time fishing, not realizing it's NOT the fish we're after, and find that rainbow before the storm has past. Amen
