Although Terroristic is a new band, it has roots dating back to 1996 when T.J. Wade was a student at the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired. That's where he met Hung Nguyen(Limbs Are Absent, Gook, Sugartoes da Chinaman) and started doing multitrack recordings. In two years time, this dynamic duo managed to record over 200 songs, mostly original gangster rap and death metal songs. The great chemistry between the two was apparent from the start, but it would take several years for this prolific production team to work together again. During this void T.J. went on to pursue his career within the mainstream music industry, but was greatly discouraged by the experience.
Fast forward to 2005 and the production team of T.J. Wade and Hung Nguyen were back in full force. In two months time they recorded two rap albums, and organized the rock band Terroristic. T.J. is now able to pursue his music on his terms and is determined to prove the mainstream wrong. Here's a talented young man who, at the age of 16, made the members of the Sun Ra Arkestra drop their jaws in awe of his piano skills, who impressed Grammy award winning pianist Henry Butler with his ability to improvise, and who inspired the Ruins to add Austin to their tour schedule just so they could jam with him. And now he's ready to present Terroristic, an antidote to mediocre music everywhere.////
p.s. Check out MC Terroristic for the rap stuff, including titles from the all time greatest foot fetish party classic, "Foot Worship E.P."
