Skating hard and taking names! If you want to learn more about derby the best way if you arent quite ready to hit the rink. Check out other leagues websites and the WFTDA website, at the WFTDA website you will find a 3.1 set of rules, track dimensions and skills requirements. We are not planning on becoming WFTDA however these rules seem to be the ones that everyone seems to use at this time. If you are interested in being a coach or ref. Read the rules, know the rules, LOVE the rules!!!! Our numbers are growing and we want you, Oh yes you!
