Self taught guitarist, with a lot of help from some great musicians along the way. Main love is guitar oriented instrumental music be it surf, twang, swing, country, jazz or otherwise. Worked as a touring musician for many years throughout the 70s, 80s, 90s and 00s mostly with Ray Wylie Hubbard and also Jimmy LaFave. Currently teach guitar and play with whoever asks. Lead the house band every year at the annual Woody Guthrie festival in Okemah, OK. Have a sometimes instrumental band called The Shambles. Have released three independent albums, the most recent being "Reverb Confidential," which was preceeded by "Ridin' the Reverb Range" and "Buffalo Tracks." A lover of all kinds of music, as long as it comes from the heart.
Thanks again for playing with me the other night. It was a lot of fun for me, regardless of all the forces acting against me. Let's do it agin sometime!
Hey Terry~ Good to see you at the Blue Door last weekend. The sadness is beginning to lift a bit. Or at least the waves don't seem to crash as often. Take note of Bob's t-shirt in this photo. Oh, and thanks for the add. ~Sarah
