I'm a video game-a-holic. I have every video game console and I love to play Xbox 360 online games! I am also a huge fan of the band No More Kings. Check out their new video:
I like classic rock and some modern pop and rock. Lately I've been listening to "No More Kings" and I must say it is one of the best CDs I've ever owned. No kidding, folks, get the CD ("No More Kings" by "No More Kings"). It is truly spectacular! Here's their video:
No More Kings - Sweep The Leg video
Add to My Profile | More Videos I like Harry Connick Jr. also. I write and sing my own original music as well. Below you can preview and purchase my songs. (By the way, the song "I Can't Believe It's Over" features guest-vocalist Fallon Franklin from America's Got Talent!)
Movies
The original Star Wars Trilogy is at the top of my list. I love Alfred Hitchcock movies, and my favorite movie of all time is It's a Wonderful Life. I think I like classic movies better than modern ones, though, even though I see just about every big movie that comes out.
Television
The Simpsons and South Park. Family Guy and Futurama on Adult Swim (Cartoon Network). I also love My Name Is Earl.
I watch Good Eats on Food TV to learn how to cook. I love to cook so I do watch Food TV a bit.
Books
All the Harry Potter books. I love the Chronicles Of Narnia also. I just read them all for about the fifth time.
I like Stephen King also.
Heroes
Edgar Bergen, Shari Lewis, Paul Winchell, Jimmy Nelson, Ronn Lucas, Jeff Dunham. These are all ventriloquists. Larry Norman has influenced me as a songwriter. Also my biggest hero of all has to be Jim Henson, the man who taught me (through Sesame Street and the Muppet Show) just how real a puppet can be if the person creating the character works hard enough.
I am an entertainer that has been performing professionally for 22 years. I have the ability to imitate just about any singer I want to from Nat King Cole to Etta James to James Blunt to Keith Urban and more than a hundred more. I mix a blend of world-class ventriloquism with the impressions to create one of the most unusual shows in the world! I have performed at many state fairs and major corporate events, as well as hundreds of schools with my blend of humor and music. I hope to see you at one of my shows! If you'd like to see more about my show go to my web site at www.terryfator.com
Check out this video from youtube. It was posted by R.G. Lim. It's pretty cool!
Who I'd like to meet:
I would like to meet any of my childhood heroes who influenced me to be an entertainer. People like Dick Van Dyke, Mary Tyler Moore, Carol Burnett, Andy Griffith, Tim Conway, and all the comedians from that era (the 60's and 70's) since those were my formative years. One of my big dreams is to get a call from or meet one of those folks and have them say "Wow, Terry, I really enjoyed your show!" It would be really cool to know that I have returned the favor of providing laughter to someone who has brought so much joy to my life for decades.

Hi Terry! The new season of AGT has just started, and every time I can't help thinking none of the acts compare to yours. My friend and I were watching a rerun of last year when another ventriloquist tried out and made it through the audition, and my friend said "But Terry Fator was REALLY good though..." Anywho, how's Vegas treating ya? If you're still there when I have enough money to come to Vegas I REALLY hope to see one of your shows!
Hey Terry. I wrote a song for you. Actually it's a parody. I sent it to your Messages so if you could check those and tell me what you think it would be much appreciated.
