“Our rich tradition of Songwriting aesthetics, musicianship and elegant storytelling is truly apparent in Terry Flynn’s new CD -- ‘Again Tonight’” -- Georgia Music Radio
"Another 12 songs from one of our Favorites. Terry Makes us proud." -- Houndogradio.com
"Atlanta Georgia has a glorious past with Ray Charles, Blind Willie McTell, Little Richard and James Brown and it seems like there is a strong newcomer called Terry Flynn, who is a potential candidate to succeed. Singer/songwriter and guitarist Flynn was raised with music of Otis Redding & Joe South and in my opinion that is sufficient to speak of a happy childhood. Imagine one has to grow up with Bart Kael and Luc Steeno (Belgium artists). With his debut album "Again Tonight" he continues that period, because it would surprise me if this album would not have a place in the Euro Americana Chart soon (www.euroamericanachart.nl//www.myspace.com/euroamericanachart). With exception of the classic gospel song "Rock of Ages", cleft for me, let me hide myself in Thee, which metamorphoses into a nice rocking "Cleft of Ages", Flynn takes the rest of the 11 songs. Songs which stay on your mind after listening and are a forerunner of a long hot summer. Flynn relied on a lot of friends for this album, who gave, through acoustics and electric guitars, the album a nice easy listening sound. Opener "Reason to Believe" and the beautiful "Still in Love With You" are for sure radio 1 hits. The magnificent pedal steel sound of Page Waldrop at "One More Time" and songs like "Atlanta", "If this Ain't Love" (lap steel/Jody Worrel), "Separate Ways", "Straight Back To You", make sure Terry Flynn passed his exam for the Americana world. The rootsrocker "Betty Jean" and the title song "Again Tonight" give the man an extra bonus and when he makes a little visit to the blues with "Every Dog Has His Day" the total balance of this CD is complete." --rootstime.be
