DJ Terry Moran. I gotta give big props to my roadies, Danimal, Amylynn, Laura & Chris, who make sure all the big shows run smooooooth. I also collaborate with my DJ friends and some bands on some projects.
Influences
There is good music all around. I am primarily in the Top 40 genre, mixing up commercial music in ways that most would seem strange. My DJ influences are 'DJ P', DJ Z-Trip, DJ Swamp, DJ Roonie G, DJ 2nd Nature, DJ Q-bert, DJ Paul Dailey, DJ Toad, DJ Sticky Boots and DJ John Rozz. These guys are the only ones I would pay to see because of their knowledge and creativity. Find out more about them and will you will be pleased.
I have seen in concert this year:
Dropkick Murphys,
Motley Crue,
Aretha Franklin,
Social Distortion,
Green Day,
James Taylor,
Eddie Money,
Soul Live,
Kid Rock,
TigerLilly,
Chad Lamarsh,
Rock Raida,
Scratch Pickelz,
Last Kid Picked,
The Bars,
Bad Karma,
One Love,
I hope this helps....

Sounds Like
My style is different than most jocks. I like to keep the energy up, while playing tracks that you probably would not get requests for, and dropping other beats and samples throughout the mix. Keeping the dance floor full and energized is essential. I have no problem dropping 1 hit wonders, rock, pop, punk, top 40 dance, old school, grunge and hip hop all in the same set.
I have just added video to my mix set. Now you can see the music as well as hear it. I have videos from all types of eras and have a high powered projector and a 12 foot screen! The future is here now!
I created this page to reflect my musical side and to get some mixes up here for people to listen to. I want you to grab a beer or a scotch, lite a cigar, sit back by the fire, and listen to these mixes. I hope you enjoy the creativity.
I do not try to come across as an artist or remixer of any songs. I find sweet mixes/remixes, blend them in, mix them up, and try to do something creative with my set. There are a ton of DJs who are talented and do their own remixes, I don't do that...well, not really. My attempts at making some remixes are above, so enjoy. I just want to rock the party.
Here is my press release:
How many DJs do you know that have done events with Jonathan Papelbon, Jenna Jameson, Snoop Dogg, Vince Neil, various Nascar drivers, NFL coaches, Ron Jeremy, Billy Lane, John Kerry, Chelsea Clinton, Mikey and Paulie Tuttle in attendance?
Audiences should look for 100% energy when Terry Moran hits the DJ Booth and takes you on a fast-paced thrill ride with a rock concert like atmosphere. Combining a vast musical knowledge on the decks, veteran microphone skills, crazy games and audience participation, Terry energizes a party like no other DJ you have ever seen or heard.

It's an MS Benefit. We're holding it at Ballard's restrurant in Durham from 6-midnight. $3 cover. The tournament should be from 7-10pm roughly because they become 21+ at 10pm. We're probably going to be taking up most of the available space in the back room to set up the rockband stuff. We have a bunch of stuff that was donated to use for the rockband prizes and for raffles.
I know you have bball Monday nights so I was wondering if I could pick up some marketing (like the stuff you gave to Irene) to bring with me Monday afternoon to give to the owners -unless you wanted to come stop by, but I know Durham's quite a hike. I can come by tomorrow to drop off the Whipps check while you're home to chat about it a little more if that works- let me know!
