About me:

I am an artist and photographer, I believe totally in the creativity that is an integral part of people, of every person on this planet. Teaching people that the phrase 'I Can't...' can be expunged from their vocabulary and thinking is one of my favourite past-times! It leaves me in despair when people use that phrase as the reason for not doing something. You CAN is all I'll say here. I have no idea of the meaning of life beyond chicken and mushroom soup and absolutely love being out in the wilds regardless of rain, snow, sun, heat or cold. I do not, however, enjoy the wind blowing. It plays havoc when trying to paint, draw or photograph and is generally a pain. I now live in France but was born and raised in England. Had formal training in photography at Blantyre House. Although no formal training as an artist as such, I did have a lot of brilliant support and guidance from a true Artist named Rosemary Davis. I have to say this though, it's not really about me. (If I told all about me your hair would fall out, mine has) It is about capturing the image, the moment and once that is done, more importantly, its about sharing it with someone else
