Terry Wisbey: Vocals/Guitar/Song Writing
Sasha Titov: Bass
Daniel Molina: Drums
Band leader and founder TERRY WISBEY was a late starter in music having only taken up the guitar at age 40. However, inspired by the late, great Stevie Ray Vaughan, he has been making up for lost time, and since his pro debut in 1997, has played continuously across the UK and Ireland where his guitar playing and song writing have won him consistently high acclaim. Terry gave up a well paid job in 1997 to concentrate on music, and has dedicated the last 12 years of his life to playing and promoting the blues.
TERRY'S Gear:

DANIEL MOLINA on drums has been with the band since late 2007 when he relocated to the UK from San Antonio, Texas. Daniel has played in many bands and has also spent some time playing on cruise ships where he was most recently musical director. He is an accomplished drummer with a great feel for the music – well he is from Texas!
SASHA TITOV on bass joined the band early in 2008. Sasha is originally from St. Petersburg, Russia where he was a key player in the Russian cultural underground in the 80s. As well as being a key member of the band ‘Aquarium’, he was also a member of 'Kino'; these two bands won enormous popular following despite being blacklisted in communist Russia. Sasha has been living in London since 1996, and has been involved in numerous international musical projects over the years, including playing on the David Letterman show in New York. Recently he was reunited with singer, composer and poet Boris ‘Purushottama’ Grebenshikov and Aquarium for a one-off sell-out concert at the Royal Albert Hall.

Extract from Blues in London REVIEW -
“Terry’s playing avoids cliché and manages to combine those all too rare in guitar based blues qualities—taste and style….a capable blues artist who’s out there doing it night after night in a bar near you - the real deal in fact.”

Terry Wisbeys TEXAS THUNDER are one of the hottest bands currently playing the UK live music circuit. They are a dynamic power trio recently described by Americas top selling Blues Revue magazine as Englands masters of Lone Star sounds. They draw heavily on the influences of contemporary blues artists such as Stevie Ray Vaughan, Larry Garner and the Fabulous Thunderbirds but also the legacy of legendary blues icons like Freddie, Albert and BB King, Howling Wolf and Junior Wells. During the 11 years that the band has been on the road they have performed nearly 800 gigs and have built a formidable reputation for their energetic live performances and great music.
The band have recorded two albums, Lonesome Highway released in 1997 and Bolt from the Blues released in May 2003. Both received excellent reviews, particularly in the USA, the home of the blues.
