About me:
I'm very proud of my Finnish ancestry. Sisu!
I’ve been married to Ron, my Swedish Starryguy, for 25 years.
Science is my passion; I'm a lifetime learner.
My kids are also scientists of sorts, my daughter leans more to biological science, my son leans towards nuclear science. My daughter is Mom to the greatest granddaughter in the world, Jordan! My son is actively serving on a Navy submarine out of Hawaii, the USS Key West. They are both awesome human beings and they are my best accomplishments in this world.
I love animals, especially dogs and goats, and live in “A 5-room shack in the woods” because I believe that less is more, and that true wealth comes from what you experience and know, not from what you own. I like the privacy, security and freedom of living away from the city. I respect the natural world and hold it in high regard.
I have always been a little different in the way I think about things. While I am not religious, I do hold spiritual beliefs and adhere to the common morality of the world’s major religions, both ancient and modern.
