Daily, cold La Grande, Oregon life. Eachother. Music.
Sounds Like
live action painting, nervousness, an "am I o.k?" feeling
Test Audiences is a group of musicians that met as art students in La Grande Oregon, where they currently still live, work, and make music and art. It began as a knob-twiddling sound and songwriting experiment between Wayne and Bill and has evolved into a constantly changing and exploring live band. Their first self-titled, self-released debut is a showcase of their earliest experiments and shaping of their music. They are beginning to work on getting their new material in top form to record a new album when the funds and equipment allow them to do so. They are hoping to hit the road for the first time this fall.
Hi there! We've got a new EP that we're especially proud of called Summer which is the second in our series of seasonal EPs this year. We'd love for you to listen to the EP online, and to do so, just click on the graphic below. If you like what you hear, we'd be very grateful if you'd support our efforts by buying the EP for €2.50 (around $3.20).

It took me ages, but I finally finished my album!
I uploaded it for a free listen on last.fm. If you fancy, have a listen and tell me what you think about it, you can find it at this link:
or just on last.fm if you digit 'trent miller & the skeleton jive' (for some reasons if you digit only 'trent miller' nothing comes out, still have to figure out how it works...)
I also worked on a proper release on my Hangman Records label, I think I will sell it at gigs and via post, it is a very limited edition of 500 copies.
Really cool that you plan on playing Fairfield, Idaho in May--the coldest town in Idaho (only about the population of Haines and known to go below zero up to spring break), but certainly a sociable community! See ya again at the Crawlspace next month.
Hey guys, Elliott here, just wondering if you have any gear I can wear to show my support. My daddy tells me I am my size is 6-9 months, whatever that means. I've been thinking about going into modeling and thought you guys could give me my start. I work for free and would even pay for the shirt! Thats how much I like the Test Audiences! Daddy says he will do the first photo shoot if your interested. Keep up the good work and let me know if or when the gear is available. Gotta go, it's nap time.
