TETRAMETH- Is the brain child of Melbourne based musician Peter Hayes. His laboratory is located in the outta suburbs of Melbourne, Australia.
Peter has been producing his own brand of slick, psychedelic progressive, since 2003. Studying & mastering the art of music theory & several instruments growing up, making the shift from playing/touring in bands, to writing and producing in a studio was an inevitable and easy transition.
Tetrameth's sound has been described as "An extremely original concoction." Cleverly constructed progressive psy-trance with an unmistakably organic undertone. Add a technical edge, truly making the end result a beast of its own.
Peter is a graduated musician, with a diploma in contemporary music, & majored in guitar at the "Conservatorium of Music". Playing/touring in bands for several years, Peter is producing psy trance at a world-class level, truly pushing and surpassing boundaries previously set within the genre. A genre or style he call's "Experimental Progressive".
Tetrameth's releases include:
"PERMUTATIONS VOL-2" COMING SOON. (Zenon records)
Features: "Madmans Playroom" (Tetrameth remix)
In April 2006 Tetrameth's debut album "Psycological Pyrotechnics" was released on Zenon Records, and since then,he has been headlining mainstage at festivals all over the world, including "Universo Parallelo(Brazil)" "Trancendence(Brazil)" "BOOM(Portugal)" "Rainbow Serpent(Aus)" "Symbiosis(usa)" "Winter Solstice(cairns)" treating audiences to a fresh breath of intelligently orchestrated brain food.

The "coming of the Self" is imminent; and the process of collective "individuation" is living itself out in human history.
One way or another, the world is going to be made a single whole entity.
But it will be unified either in mutual mass destruction or by means of mutual human consciousness. If a sufficient number of individuals can have the experience of the coming of the self as an individual, inner experience, we may just possibaly be spared the worst features of its external manifestation.
While nowadays it often seems like all the Psy Trance labels either reduce the speed of their releases and turn to more and more body-orientated club sounds or crank up the tempo of their music to rather hectic levels, Solar Tech Records delivers an excellent selection of tunes that keeps the golden mean: With tracks between 142 and 145 BPM the music is powerful, driving and very psychedelic on the one hand but also progressive in the original meaning of the word and does not get stressful or kitschy at any point. For this second compilation label owner DJ Natron extended his network of promising producers from South Africa, Switzerland, UK, Germany and South America and again presents some sparking pearls for original Psychedelic lovers.

I am trying to hunt for textbooks online and i keep getting distracted by how good your sound is. It is so fluid and free flowing and it pushes me just a little more to study harder, keep playing, keep writing and maybe ill make tunes half as good. Sweet man, just sweet!!!!
You have raised the bar in Australian prog... and I thank you for it, as I hear your influence on many artists now and it has brought a much deeper, percussive, funky chunky unique genre of prog to our doof floors. Thanks for your brilliance! xoxox Dj Jeannie
