Two more honky tonks for us in June: Sengelmann in Schulenberg where we saw our friend Todd Fritsch Henry's Hideout: we had tried several years to see it but it was closed and always our favorite with one of our favorite artists: Club21 Uhland with Ricky Calmbach

So many of the old dance halls are already gone- Pat's Hall-Fredericksburg, Pan American- Carrizo Springs and I want to thank you for saving those you can!!
TKS for the add. You have a message that so many people need to be aware of. Many of us "older" folks are concerned about losing the old dancehalls and the music of their days. I love dancing and the western swing music is awesome dance music. Places to go, bands to play are on the decline....we need to introduce the younger people into this awesome entertainment and the Texas dancehalls are a place to enjoy and socialize to the great sounds of fantastic music.
