Drummer, Pete Shotts, never dreamed that a 4 year old roadie/ wanna-be singer for White Lightning would grow up to be his frontman,Ryan Baker. Dondi Presley was thumping out his bass line with country and rock bands throughout the San Antonio area before coming home to South Texas, and Mike Luna was flashing his badge by day and his hot lead guitar by night.
Growing up with varied interests (4H,FFA,NASCAR, and muscle cars) one thing brought this unlikely mix together...their love of good, solid country music. 2003 ignited their fire and TEXAS HEAT emerged.

We want to know which restaurant in Texas you think serves up the best margarita. Voting only takes about 10 seconds and for taking your time, we will enter you to win great prizes. Additionally, last year, we gave the winning restaurant a plaque and wrote up a great article on our website.
