Sounds Like
Letters to Cleo if they were more influenced by punk, country, and mid-90's NY progressive hardcore.
Tiny Fists of Fury was formed in late 2006 and played their last show on May 10th, 2008.
Originally a 5-piece featuring Dave Wasson on drums, the band played at most major venues in the Tallahassee area. When Dave left the band in August of 2007, Jake gave up his bass duties to take over the drums. Melissa began playing bass in addition to her lead vocal duties, and during the bands reformation, Demetrius replaced the trumpet with a keyboard as his primary instrument, and Gerrett added additional vocals.
In the Spring of 2008, TFoF went on an east coast tour playing shows everywhere possible between Tallahassee and Boston, MA. The tour was a farewell for the band, as Melissa moved to Salt Lake City, Utah after the band played its final show a week after returning from the tour.
On the day of the last show, the first and only full-length CD "In This Corner..." was released.
In This Corner is still available on i-Tunes, eMusic, Napster, and other online music stores. All remaining hard-copies of the CD were given out at the final show/CD Release.
