did understand all three stretchings.

The first one is leg split, right?

I don't quite understand the second one, though.

In fact, I'm not quite sure about the third one, either.

Ahh, thank you so much for your answer.

I'll send you a note/message when I have more questions about stretching.

Enjoy your yoga!

Oh, I see. So, is there any way to get my flexibility going in a short period, including my back?

At least for the next 2 months.

My lower body's pretty flexible, but my back, hips, shoulders & arms are so stiff!!

Hmmmm....Thanks for answering my Q, The Mystic!

Thank you so much for your answer.

So you are saying that it takes longer to get your lower back flexible than other parts of the body?

You are also saying that Camel pose is better than Arch pose for your lower back flexibility, right?

Oh, I see. Thanks for your answer.

I guess I need to practice Camel Pose as you've suggested.

By the way, Is the Camel Pose going to help me work on my lower back flexibility only, or does it also work for my hip bones, too?

One more question!

Is the Camel pose better for my lower back flexiblity or is the Arch pose better?

I know it all depends on how much I practice, but if you have to pick, which one of these two is more effective?

Hey Cat! I hope you enjoy the rest of your break! Amber is thrilled she passed her math class with an A! She smiles and giggles and said it was all thanks to me! But I say nah, it was all her! Sweet thing, she's adorable and I'll probably meet up with her soon. How about you? Wanna partake?
