WHO IS THA KIID AD? I, Armand Keith Douglas (born April 16, 1989) known as AD, is a aspiring artitist that come's straight out of Compton, California. You may know me as a member of the groups, (Stargang, 24 Hour Boyz, or Astro Boii's). I am here for one purpose, and that purpose is to make GOOD music for YOU. The great knowledge of Hip Hop, I have embedded in my brain, gives me the ability to express my music in many ways that other artist cant. Its really diificult to compare my style to any artist you hear in the industry, just give me a beat, and I guarantee you that you will not be dissapointed. I am willing to work with all artist,producers, etc. Any types of booking, idea's, propositions, or question you have, I will personally respond back to. I was born in Los Angeles, California and lived in Compton, California my entire life. I feel music saved me from being a product of my environment, despite all the negativity that constantly surround's me, I always managed to rise above. My father played a big role in to me becomimg involved with my love for Hip Hop music; the first song I can ever remember was "2 Pac-You Cant See Me". I immediately began remembering every lyric to that song, and began opening my mind to other types of music. One thing i always like about music was the Rhythm and Beat, and I used to listen to music just for that reason. In middle school, I began to beat box and make beats on the lunch table, while every young rapper began to recite rhymes that they had written down; this slowly put me in the perspective to write my own music, which led to me to start battle rapping many of my peers at the school. I then realized that I had a talent of Hip Hop, due to the success of my battles. In high school, I started to perform battle raps at my school talent show's, against many students. I then started to study different styles of Hip Hop, imitating lyrics of many artist to incorporate different styles of music. Confused on what kind of artist I was to be, I came up with the idea to combine everyting, I had ever listened to in to one total package. So with the knowledge that I gained from music, I am in the pursuit of chasing my dreams to becoming a great artist of all types of music; The rest remains to be HISTORY.....
