Formed in 1998, 3DMS has accomplished a lot over the past few years. They've released two albums and are currently working
on their third. In 2004, they won the award for Best Pop/Rock Group at the Midwest Entertainment Music Awards. They've
made TV appearances on both cable and local television stations,
performed on several radio shows, and wrote two morning radio
show theme songs. Their music has been featured in independent films, selected for local movie soundtracks, and played on several local and regional radio stations.
3DMS decided to create alter-egos and form Captain Obvious as a way to play longer shows and reach new people. Performing modern hits with a sprinkle of classic songs, Captain Obvious will be the next premiere party band to emerge out of Omaha.
