Hey, this is what I do at workl!! OK, not really, but it is where I work, and we had fun playing dress-up to shoot these (I think I scared the crap out of a couple of co-workers, walking around at almost 7 feet tall!) The site itself is 18+ and NWS!! xPeeps Parody Video -- the CEO Add to My Profile | More Videos
Television
I do watch TV, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. Currently, I'm nuts about Navy NCIS (Abby...drool!), House, Bones, Lost, Robot Chicken and Scrubs. Adult Swim stuff like Family Guy rock my socks. And I've been sucked into the new Dr. Who, Torchwood and Heroes. But I watch anything that makes me laugh. Not big into reality TV, though there have been exceptions, like Project Runway, but I'd rather blow through them in a marathon right before a finale. And 2007-08 has brought the fantastically geekful Big Bang Theory, Chuck and Pushing Daisies.
And what happened to Saturday morning cartoons? Seriously...can we start a petition or something?

Primarily a goth/industrial DJ with a healthy dose of 80s and electro, she has spun a variety of formats over the years, which means anything is bound to show up in her sets, described as “vibrant”, “surprising”, “kick-ass”, and “Omigod, is she really that tall?”
She began her journey to club life in college, with her involvement with WGRE-FM, the campus radio station in Greencastle, IN, during the “120 Minutes” era of music. After graduation, she returned to her home in the Virgin Islands, where she continued to work with radio as the host of the only live alternative rock show in the Caribbean. Her work with WIVI-FM was highlighted with celebrity interviews, entertaining troops on deployment, and raising money for a number of charities. Spider’s show, Devolution, was bootlegged as far away as Denmark, and ran for over 3 years.
Club work began accidentally as she filled in for vacationing DJs. Eventually she was offered a full-time position with the Greenhouse, a very successful bar and restaurant which maintained several of the hottest nights on the island. Everything from party pop, techno, retro, reggae, latin and happy hour classics became part of her repertoire, and she was able to create and promote a number of successful events with the USO, the Temptations, Jimmy Thackery, Hawaiian Tropic, and the Sinbad Soul Music Festival.
Finally deciding that there was more to the world than the Caribbean could offer, Spider moved to Atlanta, where she rediscovered her love of the darker, harder side of music. She returned to the decks in 2001, and it has been non-stop ever since. Now based in Charlotte, NC, her reputation as a both a DJ and an entertainer has been highly rated, as is her commitment to maintaining a Drama-Free Zone. She has opened for the Cruxshadows, the Last Dance, Voltaire, Anders Manga, Bella Morte, Das Ich and VooDou. Annual tours have had her appearing across the country, including recurring appearances across the Midwest, the Eccentrik Festival in Raleigh, Alchemy and Freaks United in DC, Dracula’s Ball in Philadelphia, and the sci-fi and fantasy convention, Dragon*Con in Atlanta. She has also held residencies for the fetish event Purgatory and at Retroactive Thursdays at the Breakfast Club, a night dedicated to the new wave and dark classics of the 80s. She was honored to be voted “Charlotte’s Best Party DJ” in 2006, 2007 and 2008 by the Creative Loafing. 2008 continues to be another stand-out year, with a busy schedule that has included major events booked across the East Coast, including Goth Prom in DC, Skin Two in Atlanta, and her appearance at Convergence 14 in Tampa. But regardless of the size, Spider’s goal is always to make any night the best experience possible for everyone there. And, yes, she really is that tall.
In my free time, I can be found pretending to sleep, maintaining a number of pets, cooking, reading, and indulging in various types of geekery. One of my most time consuming hobbies is my costuming, which usually comes to a head at DragonCon. Our house becomes a wasteland of fabric, tools, paint, and glue as I attempt to meet all the goals I have set for myself (and woe be it to anyone who gets in the way! Check out my albums for some images of what I've done, if you're curious. I just really enjoy the creative process and getting the chance to play super-hero for a while!
Oh, and I have a LiveJournal, too, where I tend to babble about a lot of other crap...I use the Blog here just for playlists. If you're on LJ, feel free to friend me!
Music heard so deeply
That it is not heard at all,
But you are the music
While the music lasts.

Join me, and we shall be together the defenders of a new world where passion and invention will live in our souls and our thirsty flesh. Let us unchain seas and oceans with our ardent breaths of desires to feed finally the vision of this universe!"
