Since 1980 That's Entertainment has been one of New England's favorite hobby retailers; now we're the local pop-culture collectibles store for the world on-line. That's Entertainment owner Paul Howley has been actively involved in reading and collecting since 1959. In 1973, he began retailing comics at the early Boston comic cons. In 1976 he assisted in opening The Great Escape in Nashville, TN, and helped establish Sparkle City, then the nation's largest convention dealer, in 1978. Paul established That's Entertainment in 1980, at a 2,000 sq.ft. location in Worcester, MA, New England's second-largest city. In 1989, he added our second location with the purchase of a comic shop in Fitchburg, MA. In 1992, That's Entertainment, bursting at the seams, made the big move--we purchased a 20,000 sq.ft. building in Worcester, and created a 10,000 sq.ft. retail space, the largest full-service collectibles store on the East Coast!

In the area of back-issue comic books, That's Entertainment is known throughout the Northeast for depth and breadth of stock. Other stores send us their customers for obscure and small publisher material, and dealers fill their want lists here. Our new-comic racks are impossible to show in one photo--they stretch almost 100 feet along the walls, about 800 sq.ft. of display area holding somewhere around 1700 different new releases, all genre-racked.

That's Entertainment takes pride in being a one-stop collector's paradise. We've established a solid and growing reputation in the field of Sport Cards and Autographed Memorabilia....browsing our displays is like visiting a sports museum, and we frequently have in sports stars for public signings. We also carry full-lines of Japanese Animation and Role-Playing Games. Collectors of Toys, Board Games, Star Wars and Star Trek items also will find treasures at That's Entertainment.
