1-2 sessions a week are recommended but beneficial training can be achieved with 1-2 sessions a month. Plus great benefits can result with 2 sessions to assess your current fitness and supply you with a personalized exercise program to prepare you for the path to weight loss.
Buy sessions as needed or commit to a larger volume package and save on the cost per session. Some pricing examples are listed below. *Unlike some trainers, THayesFitness does not require clients to use or committ to completing a set amount of sessions per month or risk losing them. Clients may purchase a package of sessions and use them as needed based on a training schedule agreed upon by the client.

I am Taisha Juanita Hayes, a 28 year old Certified Personal Trainer,Health & Fitness Life Coach,Plus Sized Model and Founder of THayesFitness - The 120lb Weight Loss Success Story. But as recent as five years ago my life, health and appearance were very different. I have been overweight nearly my entire life and I have always hated exercise. Since then I have lost over 120 pounds the healthy way. No gastric bypass, no pills and no gimmicks. I did it through exercise and health-conscious (not perfect) eating. I was able to lose the weight and I have maintained it for over 3 years.
