Interests

  • General

My interests range from browsing around the internet, playing video games, watching and actually doing the sport of wrestling, and of course, girls.

As my profile says, I'm very into the sport of wrestling. I wrestle for my school and watch it on T.V., and I always want to get better at it. My time will come.

As I also said, I'm also into video games. For a while I wasn't too much interested in them anymore since I didn't have any time to play them, but now that's changed, and I'm back into them. Long live video games.

Mixed-martial arts is growing on me. Looks like something I might even enjoy doing myself. Time will tell.
  • Music

I listen to any kind of music that pleases my ear. I don't really care much for the type of music it is, what genre it is, what the message is, if it sounds good TO ME, I'll listen to it. Mainly though, I listen to rock(which includes any sub-categories) and Rap/Hip-hop. I don't discriminate on music type.
  • Movies

Lately I haven't been too much into movies. I'm pretty much always a fan of action, so if you're an action movie, chances are I'll like you. That's not saying that action movies are the ONLY kind I like though. Some movies include Transformers, Spider-Man, X-Men, The Longest Yard, Jurassic Park, The Incredible Hulk, and of course, The Dark Knight.
  • Television

I don't really watch too much T.V., but from what I can name now I like The Wayans Bros., Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air, World Wrestling Entertainment(WWE) shows, and Dragon Ball Z.
If you're a friend of mine, you should know that as well as wrestling, I am a huge fan of Dragon Ball Z. I've been keeping up with the franchise since I was about 8 years old, and I love it. I've watched pretty much every episode, played every game, and all that good stuff. No, I don't have a poster of it in my room. XD

Anyway, I can't see myself as not being a fan of the franchise. I always will be. Whether it's nerdy in your eyes or not, I really don't care. DBZ will always be close to my heart, even in it's dying phase.

Recently I've been getting more and more into MMA. So I'm now interested in shows like UFC(Ultimate Fighting Championship), WEC(World Extreme Cagefighting), and one of my newest favorite shows, TapouT. Love that one.
  • Books

I'm not a fan of books...at all. Actually, I only read if I have to for a school assignment or something. If I see one, I just may read a video game magazine or something, but books? A no-no for me. =P ..
  • Heroes

I have quite a few people to put in this section.

I wanna include my older half brother from my mom's side, Shaun, who's first name is Sylvester. He's my ultimate hero. He's just super awesome. If there was one person in my family that I 100% truly love like family, it would be this guy right here. He's cool in so many ways. He tries to keep me out of trouble and teaches me things, and I just have a good time with him whenever he's around. He's pretty much a role model for me, and the only person in the world that I can say I truly look up to...not physically, but you get what I mean. What sets him apart from my half bros from my dad's side is that I grew up with him. I've been with him since birth pretty much, and now that I can't see him much anymore since he's going to college, I'm gonna miss him even more. My one true hero.

In addition to my brother, heroes of mine also happen to be WWE Superstars. They put their bodies on the line to entertain us every time they step in the ring, and that's why they are so appreciated by millions, possibly billions of people. They very well deserve it.

Speaking of wrestling, I'd like to mention my own wrestling coaches. I believe that no athlete can get very far in their sport without the help of their coaches. The coach is what prepares football players for each and every game, they're what prepare basketball players to go out there and give it their all, and relating to me they get every wrestler ready to step out there on the mat. I know it's hard to do what they do, especially for our own wrestling team, but they keep at it. They want us to win almost more than we do. They do their best to keep our spirits up during bad times. They sacrifice so much for us, and that's true even if some people on our team don't agree. That's what I appreciate and thank them for, not giving up on us. Honorable coaches in my eyes would be the one and only Milton Leathers, Ron Zimmerman, Adam Wagner, and one who's not with us anymore but still visits and is held high in my eyes, George Hiler.

Blurbs

About me:

Whaddup people. If you couldn't tell already, my name's Jeremy, and I'm a senior at Crete-Monee High School, so if you go there and happen to see me here, go ahead and add me. The school is pretty cool compared to others I've seen, but other people seem not to agree with me, so whatever. I think of myself as pretty mature, maybe even come off as quiet when you don't know me, but get to know me. I can be pretty outgoing. Unlike a lot of people at our school also, I know how to spell and speak properly, so people can understand me. If I make a spelling mistake or grammatical mistake, it's on purpose, or when I'm talking to friends the way I was raised to speak. I'm actually educated. Sorry I can't say the same for others. Please, don't be an idiot around me.

I'm on the Crete-Monee Warrior Wrestling team, and if you're one of my friends, you know that it's all I talk about. It's really the most exciting thing I've done in school, I just really enjoy doing it. Hopefully this year I'll get much better than I have for the past few seasons, plus me being captain will most likely give me even more motivation. 152 Varsity, I'm going for ya.

In the middle of my sophomore wrestling season, the Big Bang happened. The big bang my shoulder made on the mat, at least. During one of the mid-season meets, I separated my shoulder. I completely tore a ligament that holds my collarbone to my arm. The pain was immense, and that had to be one of the worst days of my life. As a result of this injury, I missed the rest of the season, taking away a lot of vital experience for me. Also, because of this I now have a huge bump on the shoulder it happened on. According to my doctors, this is pretty much permanent.

Right now, I'm okay. I'm healed enough to wrestle, but my shoulder will never be the same. But that doesn't concern me too much. As long as it's good enough for me to do daily activities and play sports, it's all good with me.

But enough about that. For my guys and girls from the IGN Boards, my user name is ThaYo-Yo. Add me if you see me on here and know me.

That's all there is to it. Enjoy whatever you can on the page.

Who I'd like to meet:

As does everyone, there are a few celebrities I'd like to meet. Most of those celebrities would be WWE wrestlers, since I'm a fan of the company. Meeting some MMA fighters wouldn't be too bad either, people like Quinton Jackson, Urijah Faber, Dan Henderson, Georges St.Pierre, etc.

But in general, I would like to meet more people that are fun to talk to. Everyone wants to have a lot of friends, and I pretty much already do. But due to my human nature, I always want more. I don't want to be associated with ignorant idiots who only care for themselves. If you're like that, you might as well not talk to me.
