I write music and produce other artists for the most part (read: I'm not much of a front man). Growing up, I was pretty reluctant to trade in my vinyl for spinners and ice grills.
I've got the honor of being able to say that I helped start Soulspazm in Jim Drew's apartment with a record called "Blaxploitation" which featured my friends L Fudge, R-Son, louis logic, and the Masterminds. I was just a kid and it was nothing but fun!
Since then, I've moved around the world quite a bit with a production group I fronted called DDP, putting out an album on Sony and one on Universal before moving home and starting my own label (Flatbush Junction).
For this album, I worked with 5G Productions and longtime friends friends J.J. Brown and Dan D for almost half of the cuts. My good friends Nawfcyde and Resk 1 did the rest.
I hope you enjoy the new album. It's self titled because I think it's the closest thing to who I am as an artist that I've done so far. Thanks for letting me entertain you.

1shanti, "Annuh" is a mystical track that is taking me to Eden while I'm trapped in the financial district here in SF ... only for 3 more months til I transition to producing full time. I was in NY four months ago ... would love to have a studio in Brooklyn and produce an album at some point. Keep in touch, and tell me which song you liked best on my page when you get a chance.
