So, my diet was 99.9% raw for a year or so...and then about 40% raw for six months as I got settled into Florida...and now is back to about 90% raw. I am slowly edging my way back to complete rawness, as I feel more alive and energized when I eat in this most healthy way. If I find myself westward bound, I will be sure to drop you a line...and please let me know if and when you head back east :-)
