Our one and only goal is to keep our customers; whether they have been coming here for years or they just moved into the neighborhood, happy! Weather your coming in for a cocktail after work, or our dynamic food prepared by head chef, Carlos Santa Maria, formally of "the Rack" and "McCormick and Shmitz"; your senses will be ablaze with flavor. The menu at the 6 house has been something to talk about for close to three years and if you haven't tried our Turkey Apple Delight, Chicken Divine, or our Steak Tips (featured on The Food Network, and The Rachel Ray Show) you do not know what your missing. The 6 House also offers a verity of Nightly Specials; from Wednesday to Sunday, our fish and Seafood is delivered daily by Sousa the freshest in the business, and meats are hand selected and cut to order hours before preparation, by Chef. Carlos.
Our full bar offers a variety of Signature Cocktails, Small batch Bourbons, Single malt scotches, and the finest taquillas, but if its a beer your in the mood for; we carry all your favorite bottled bear, as well as Drafts from our local breweries. New to our beer list, a fine selection of Mexican Imports.
No matter it be a business lunch, dinner with friends, or a family gathering of up to 190 people, with a full function Menu, we aim to please.
The 6 house is quickly becoming South Boston's biggest party destination. We are your "Neighborhood Hot Spot" (improper Bostonian) and "Southies hidden Gem"(Stuff@night). With something for everybody, every night of the week. We are exited to add the Weekly Madden Tournament to the 6 House Weekends this fall, and if you like games we offer playing cards and dominoes behind the bar after 10pm for you to enjoy. Sunday and Mondays enjoy all the NFL action on one of our plasmas or 100'' big screen with Appetizer specials, Wednesday is our biggest night of the week when Bostown Entertainment presents the 6 House Industry Night, the best party this side of the tunnel. Thursday is Karaokee night presented by Harpoon Breweries, and there is always "LIVE MUSIC" for you to dance along too on Friday and Saturdays. I so enjoyed the Ten Foot Pole Cats, Whalebone Farmhouse and Jon Short last night. It was blues heaven to me. I'll be back for sure. You know what? That Blue Moon ale is wicked good too!
