What is to be remembered, when you read this, is that Kurt had a dose of 1.52mgs. Which, is 3 x the lethal doseage for an addict and 75 x the lethal dose, for an average person. What becomes crucial here, is that its triple the lethal dose for even the most severe user or "hardcore" junkie. That means Kurt had enough heroin, in his system, to kill him 3 x over....
Heroin takes 15-30 seconds, to reach the brain. Now, Kurt was found with TWO puncture marks, between the forearm and bicep. (The area, on the other side of your elbow.)
Some speculate, that Kurt must have injected himself twice, in order to explain the two marks.
If that is the case, Kurt had just 15-30 seconds to inject himself, take out the needle, unwrap the tourniquet strap and re-tie it on the opposite arm, refill the needle, find another spot on the opposite arm to inject, inject and pull out the needle, unwrap the tourniquet strap, put his drug paraphernalia, back in the box, roll down BOTH sleeves, pick up the shotgun, find a spot, in the middle of the floor and a position to shot himself, angle the gun, and pull the trigger....
There is NO way, Kurt had enough time to do all of this, let alone, with only ONE needle, to have injected the whole amount of heroin.
There simply wouldn't have been enough time, before the heroin took effect on his brain. He ether would have been in an instant coma or dead, from the injection.
Sniffed or smoked, he MIGHT have had enough time to do all of that which he supposedly did but, not injected.
The doctor that was interviewed on the Unsolved Mysteries episode, (Dr. Wecht ) which featured Kurt's death, even said off camera that; "If it was suicide, he probably would have had to have been holding the gun, in his hand, while he was injecting himself with the heroin, and then shot himself immediately after the injection.."
That wasn't the case, in his death. Because, he would have had to have spent time to do all that he supposedly did, before he touched the gun.
The authors of "Who killed Kurt Cobain?" and "Love and Death." (Ian Halperin und Max Wallace) Found a study of 1,526 of over dose cases and found only 26 of them that matched the heroin level or was higher then the amount that Kurt supposedly injected, into himself.
In those cases, the person was ether in a instant coma or dead with THE NEEDLE ETHER STILL AFFIXED IN THE ARM OR FOUND BY THE PERSONS BODY, WITH THE TOURNIGUET STRAP, STILL AROUND THIER ARM.
This concludes that from the heroin, he would have ether been dead or in a coma state and not have been able kill himself, with the shotgun.
Which suggests, that someone else had to have pulled the trigger.
(TCM - And he did not inject himself either....someone else did if you really understand the circumstances of him not also bein able to pull the trigger and that he was off drugs by mid 93)

"It has been said that Kristen's mother when analyzing the "Diary or Notebook" noticed that Kristen put dates on each page and what happened on those days or time period. It is said that the portions missing from Kristen's Notebook are dates that surround the same time period of that of Kurt's Death. Kristen's mother believes that the pages deliberately torn/ripped out contained key information regarding Kurt's death and that is why, hence, those pages are missing!!!!!! (died in June of 94 of a "overdose"...yet was known to have been clean priar to time she died)

(died in 1997 was hit by a train....was hired by Courtney in late 93 to murder kurt cobain)
Tom Grant is the Private Investigator hired by Courtney Love to find Kurt on April 3, 1994. His investigation is very important and contains information that should be read by skeptics and believers in the murder theory.
Clips from taped conversations between Grant and Courtney before Kurt was found on April 8th.
Also there are segments of taped conversations between Grant and Rosemary Carroll (Kurt & Courtney's lawyer) after Kurt was found. Carroll seemed to support Grant at the beginning, then stopped talking to him when Love curiously made everyone that works for her sign a confidentiality agreement. She apparently tried to get Grant to sign it too, but he refused.
Also there are some clips of conversations between Grant and Courtney Love in the weeks and months following Kurt's death.
Most of the files are also available in MP3 format on Tom Grant's web site, and on his Cobain Case audio tape. If any of the clips confuse you or don't make sense, then Mr. Grant also has descriptions of them on his site that puts each into context.
These clips are apparently just a small sample of the conversations Grant recorded during his investigation. The rest are tucked away and will be turned over to the authorities if the case is reopened. In the Love & Death book, there was an image that gives an idea of just how many cassette tapes Grant has for this case. There looks to be well over 50.
Grant gave Max Wallace and Ian Halperin access to some new clips. The text of those clips is available in their Love & Death book that was released April 2004.
