I major in drawing as it is my strongest point but on occasions i enjoy painting. I love animals and sea life, landscapes but mostly tropical, sunsets, vivid colour, realistic work and on occasions i work with a combination of realism and the suggestion of realism. ..Music
I like my rock & metal music but i sometimes get a bit cultural and go towards music from Hans Zimmer from the Pirates Of The Caribbean Soundtrack. Rock & metal i like: Blink 182, Angels and Airwaves, Dream Evil, Slipknot, Metallica, Rage Against The Machine, Rise Against, DragonForce, Iron Maiden, Killswitch Engage, Queen, Slayer, Smashing Pumpkins and Tenacious D. About me:
As an developing artist after finishing High School and going straight into studying at Victoria University of Technology, my year is nearly over in a few weeks time. I am studying for a Diploma of Visual Arts which includes subjects such as painting, drawing, printmaking, photography & video, context and culture, contemporary art studies, electronic imaging, life drawing and arts business practice. I've been in a couple of art prizes at Tafe which has given me experience in knowing what living in the art world is like which includes socializing with close peers and teachers. I have also contributed in curating a group show with my peers that have similar themes within their work and from here we developed a finished show that has been put on display at Tafe. Within my recent job hunting i am currently looking at screen printing on t-shirts, graphic design for signs etc and experience in working at art supply stores. ..
