About me:
The southeastern burrough of Pacific City, CA was once known as Scarlet Heights, back when Kennedy was president, the war in Vietnam was still winable and the phrase "urban renewal" wasn't a complete joke.
That was then. This is now and the joke is very much on the residents, some might say inmates of, Scarlet Heights, now known as THE RED LINE.
Pac City gets the superheroic and supervillianous Ubers. It gets the future-tech, the reincarnated storm gods and the gorgeous alien queens-in-exile.
The Red Line gets everything else which translates into an army of pimps, street gangs and mobsters chewing it and each other up on a daily basis in an effort to squeeze a few more bucks out of the downtrodden.
The smart money knows there are no Ubers on the 'Line. Never have been. Never will be.
But the smart money never read THE SECOND COMING.
And they certainly never got their hands on the most powerful weapon in the galaxy.
