Welcome to The Shakedown Rock ‘n’ Roll weekender

This is a camping weekender, bring your own tent or caravan
There will be many facilities on site including toilets, shower blocks, pampering rooms for both ladies and gents including mirrors and power for hairdryers etc to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We have a great line up of bands and DJ’s. There will also be a big cash prize for the best hot rod or American car, a talent competition and a jive contest.

There will be a tent with record stalls, clothes stalls and tattoo artist ‘Skin Deep’.

The main event will be held in a large marquee with a big dance floor and two bars. A wide range of food and drinks will be served in a dining tent with tables and chairs.

Heyyy what a crackin weekend... if you can get some better weather for next year that would be good... maybe some water/showers tothe top of the hill and schedule of whos on when!!! But we'll definetly be back...so be warned!!

Proper job! Thank you for a fantastic weekend.. We took our own wellies, bucket and bum fodder so no complants from me,Loved the showers. The dance floor was great fun, good choice of bands and djs i thought, the bar was good, nice to have proper brown beer..Maybe some local cider would be an idea..I really loved it.. And everyone i've spoke to did..Well done! can't wait for next year.. Shane..
what a weekend!!! thanks for a great time, apart from the other constructive comments for #2 i would like a playlist for the DJ's and more rubbish bins !!! once again ta !!
hi all what a weekend we had great time just a few changes will make it great next year i.e larger marque for bands raise up dance floor and more working showers and bands starting earlier in afternoon ligting on campsite them guidlines are a pain when its dark.... but all in all it was a cracker thank you to you and your staff for a great weekend see ya all next year cheers steve n mandy
Well In my opinion!! which ain't much lol! it's these teething problems that makes the 1st ones so enjoyable!!The amount of people that fell on the dance floor and in the mud...so roll on Shakedown 2 with the improvements you say your on to a winner !! well done you guys !! Charlie x

just wanted to say good luck for next weekend. Gutted darren & I cant make it as it sounds like its going to be great. Will be thinking of you when we are stuck in the airport with baggage delays...Hope the sun shines and the beer flows freely! x
