About me:
Since 1943 I have been serving Ballard gasoline, tires, oil and many other automible oriented delicacies, but as of Oct 17, 2006 I have changed my ways. A little paint and a lot of work by my owners has turned me into an establishment that now serves steak tartare, braised pork shoulder, salads, cheeses, soups, wine, beer, booze and other fabulous treats.
I have been mostly revamped with architectural salvage found at the ReStore. I have old Garfield High School chalk boards for tables, chemistry lab table tops for a bar, railings made of muffler pipe and header flanges, and one vintage chandelier. The view outside is provided by my three glass garage doors (which roll up for summer time fun). I am open 4pm-2am, I serve food 4-10 during the week and 4-11 on the weekends. I have happy hour 4-6 Monday-Friday.
Oh, by the way...I am much happier being the new me.
