My Rehearsal series isn't written specifically for teens but it revolves around a young band trying to make it in rock music and it's safe for 15+ -- romantic but not explicit, 15+ for language. Parents have handed them to their 14 year olds after reading. They're great for those who like longer, fuller reads. I'd be glad to offer your library staff a free electronic copy for perusal.
