Born on the chocolate super highway, and doning a marshmellow overcoat, The Accolades oozed onto the Portland music scene in September 2005. Although it's true that you would need a periodic chart of the elements to understand the Accolades, there are a few things one should know: The Accolades are directly responsible for any explosions that occur on stage. There will be many. It's best to wear safety glasses when viewing The Accolades. In fact, when things really get going you should avoid direct visual contact all together. Don't be afraid though, studies have shown that people who attend the bands shows will live, on average, 6.4 years longer than those who don't. The Accolades have recently been endorsed by the American Heart Association (AHA). And as if that wasn't enough, The Accoaldes are trained mediators. "We solve problems, that's what we do". The Accolades also hold a certificate in shredding. That's not easy to get and should not be taken lightly.
Despite the numerous accolades The Accolades have received from highly trained professionals, they are still very much an underground phenomonen. Time is running out. The band is building energy at a dangerous rate. They have been classified as sub-atomic and scientists have predicted a massive explosion sometime in the summer of 2007. This means that in less than a year The Accolades will be a thing of the past. History books will no doubt devote a chapter entitled: "The Accolades and the 21st century." It is very likely your kids will get "Accolades Day" off from school. So don't waste anymore time! Come witness The Accolades and be a part of history. I dare you.

Two Lou Dog Trio shows in Oregon this weekend! Friday in Eugene. Saturday in Portland! "Hangin' with Lou Dog's the only way to stay sane..." Cheers, -Finney
Hey guys! This is Darrell, Haley's (from Sheldon in Eugene) fiance. We've seen you guys play a couple times, most recently at the Buffalo Gap (sorry we had to leave early, we drove with our friends who were being the biggest downers - it was frustrating - needless to say we won't be car pooling with them again!). Anyway, I wanted to invite you guys out to the Dublin Pub this Saturday at 10pm - my band is playing. We're completely different - we play all cover songs, stuff you can shake your head and sing along to. Hope some of you can make it out and support some good ole fashioned (and current) Rock 'n Roll!
Great show guys! thanks for having us up there. We're looking forward to playing with you guys again either here or there. We play at Taylor's again in June on graduaion weekend so let's definately do a show in ptown that same weekend.
So, this guy named Ryan is trying to tell me that for only 6 bucks all three of you will "jam" on friday night. He's never lied to me before so I'll give it a shot.
