THE BON / BUCKLE STORY
When Don Coleman was 17 years of age he idolized the likes of AC/DC, Floyd, Zeppelin, Cream and many more. Lynyrd Skynyrd was a band that shook the foundation of Coleman's soul.
He began to study Bon Scott and the first photograph that appeared in his inital Internet Search was a picture of Bon Scott wearing the identical Skynyrd buckle that Don Coleman had purchased twenty six years earlier.

LET THERE BE ROCK BY SUSAN MASINO
Donald Coleman made a decision one day following his 1,000th live performance.
The diverse vocalist that he is, is a special element of his persona and fans enjoyed it all.
But it wasn't what the crowds chanted to hear
It was his rendition of Back In Black that brought the house down and blew the roof off The Hard Rock Cafe (Top Male Vocalist - Ultimate Jam - Toronto 2005)
It's when Don Coleman crawls inside the skin of Bon Scott & Brian Johnson that the dust falls from the rafters of many venues.
He realized that what he needed to do was to completely focus on the vocal stylings of Bon Scott & Brian Johnson.
His intensity passion and dedication is a universal sign of a human being seeking greatness.
Don feels that his mission is a lifelong project that he will pursue until judgement day and hopefully beyond.
When asked who do you prefer Bon or Brian?
Don always hesitates slightly and then declares:
"I have a real soft spot for Bon, but I feel deeply that both have contributed equally to AC/DC's repertoire and success in their own unique way.
Bon and Brian are in one sense the complete opposites of each other yet one in the same.
Coleman's Brian Johnson performances have lead to questions from fans such as; Are you okay? Can you still talk?
Comments such as: That sounded exactly like the album.
On another occasion a gentlemen stated:
I was climbing the stairs to the Artful Dodger Pub (Toronto) and I thought Bon Scott was singing with the house band.
The most memorable moment in his singing career was the evening that three fans approached him and declared
YOU ARE THE THIRD VOCALIST OF AC/DC
We have seen many tributes and AC/DC in the flesh and YOU are NUMBER THREE.
This comment arose again on a different occasion in a different city.
Don Coleman is a humble yet confident AC/DC vocalist who has three mottos all instilled by his Management Company / Southern Cross Gypsy Promotions (Toronto)
Rule #1 - Take Care Of The Talent
Rule #2 - Practice Practice Practice
Rule #3 - Obey rules 1 & 2 and Bigger Things Will Come

Hey Don, you have both Bon and Brian's voice down down pat, wish you could play here in Harrisburg sometime. I don't know if you heard of the tribute band Back in Black but I think your voice is better than their singer and he too is good. Anyway, keep up the good work man.
