The Acoustic Lounge is a new venue opening in Santa Maria, CA dedicated to
bringing a cultural experience to its patrons. Our monthly concert series takes place on the first Friday of each month. Based around the idea of a
house concert, it will combine a home-like atmosphere with accomplished
acoustic musicians, wine pourings from the best local wineries, and fine
art. Located on the Central Coast, it will be the perfect stop for touring
musicians between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Each month we will
feature a different acoustic-based show with the first performance being
June 2nd, 2006 with the Damon Castillo Band. Michael and Susan Shelton are the founders/managers/booking agents of this event.

Showcases are presented by West Coast Songwriters, a Bay Area-based non-profit educational org with more than 1,200 members.
