HOWDY Again! We're back to update you on what's currently working. Our April was SUPER busy, we played tons of awesome shows (thanks to all for coming!) and now it's time to kick the work in the butt again! We've got only 38 days til we begin recording our FULL LENGTH ALBUM in Cleveland, Ohio. June 12 is the day and then it's all on it's way to your iPods! So be ready, We'll be releasing more information, more videos, song names, lyrics, and EVEN SOME EARLY SONG RELEASES. Stay tuned because we're ready to give back all the love you've given us!

TAA TUBERS!!! WoW! It's been way too long since we've updated you! First and foremost, thank you ALL so very much for making our CD release so killer! We had the best time rocking with you, but if it weren't for every one of you we never would have had that awesome opportunity, so thank you to the The Hub, The Glide, Take Control, Old Men Dead Dogs, Now And Forever, and Andy Hursh, and thank you to EVERYONE who came to support any of the bands that played that night! We owe you everything!

Yo! Just wanted to update you we are working really hard to hit our new myspace goals.
These goals are extremely important for us to be making and achieving! We really appreciate your help in reaching these numbers! First, thank you so much for being a loyal TAA fan and contributing to the family we are trying to create! You rock! Okay now for the real info:
Our producer from Ohio worked with us on our new songs last week to get them studio ready for recording them in June in Cleveland. We will be recording a full length album with all new songs. You're gonna love the new stuff!
While he was out here we discussed the numbers on myspace necessary for attracting important folks such as management teams, booking agencies, and even record labels! With the five of us working on these numbers we can only reach so much. BUT with YOUR help we can achieve so much more! After all, YOU are the reason we even exist! So here's the deal:
We need to reach at least
100,000 plays
15,000 friends
10,000 comments
Our goal is March 1st, 2009.

We just released two songs on compilation through Quickstar Productions in order to raise money for a liver disease foundation called Partners Seeking A Cure (www.pscpartners.org). A portion of every compilation is donated to PSC so pick up your copy today on iTunes!!! They have 20 songs for only $9.99 thats a steal!!!
Also, on Friday August 29th we are embarking on a four day mini-tour to Carroll, IA; Cedar Falls, IA; Mankato, MN; Des Moines, IA; so we're super stoked to be getting out on the road in our new van!!! We also have dates booked in Oelwein, IA; Chicago, IL; and Peoria, IL so make sure to watch for dates in your area!!!
If you want us to play in your town PROMOTE and help us get a fanbase there, the more kids you can bring out, the better!!! Our main goal is to reach as many people with our music as possible!!!
If you wanna hang with us be sure to come say hi at shows we're all about meeting new people and we love to party! We should soon be getting our CD finished up and back to have a CD release party!
We're booking a lot of out of town shows and won't be playing around our good old hometown very often so be sure to catch us when you can!!!
And lastly, we've got some tricks up our sleeve, including new music to be unveiled at future shows so be sure to stay in touch, there's always something going on in the world of TAA!!!

Yo!!! Just thought we could FINALLY update the news with more information about what The Actress Adorable has been up to in 2008!
We Recorded our first EP with Christian Brown at the barn studio in Cedar Falls, Iowa and we plan on releasing this SOON so keep in touch! We played a few shows in town and out of town.
We went to Chicago and recorded two songs with Producer Brian Zieske at Gallery of Carpet Recording Studio. The new songs came back last week and will be up for download on iTunes soon along with all the rest of our songs as well.
We released "A Pretty Face, A Pretty Mess" today on myspace and make sure to stay in touch for more music!!
We won our first round of battle of the bands at the reverb and we're excited to be playing the finals on the 2nd of August so make sure to come out and vote!!! And last but not least...we BOUGHT A VAN yesterday and we're stoked!!!
