I like working in the entertainment industry. I primarily edit for TV/Movies/Shorts/Commercials, etc. I also do a range of visual effects (this is my playground)! Playing music is my main hobby, but I also like backpacking/hiking and general nature related activities (however I don't get enough). I'm a grilling freak! Wanna cook? Grill it!! Yeah! I enjoy hanging out and being social despite the fact that I am a bit reclusive. And lastly... I love the freakin' zoo dude!
Music
I hate this question. I have too many musical interests, so I'll limit this to things that turn me off musically. Country; not really my thing. Rap; about as original as sliced bread (come up with something new). Hip-hop; has its moments, but not really my thing. Hair-Metal; Eeee... I wouldn't cry if it imploded. Death-Metal/Speed-Metal; about as original as rap.
Personally, I like intelligent music; music that makes you think, but fun music is good too. So, pretty much anything I haven't mentioned here... I like!
Ok, so I love the Pixies, Nirvana, Portishead..... Nevermind... there's too many.
Movies
Indiana Jones, Clockwork Orange, Apocalypse Now, Jaws, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Sin City, Lemony Snickets thinga-ma-bob. That was pretty good. Beautifully shot and edited. Brazil, Team America, Blazing Saddles (One of the funniest movies in history, thank you Mel Brooks!), The Island was good. Of coarse, Star Wars (The originals), The Usual Suspects, Shrek, Dr. Strangelove, Planet of the Apes, Anything by Ed Wood. Rocky Jones - Space Ranger. Oh, jeez, the list goes on and on. I love movies!
P.S. I'm a BIG B-Movie fan, the crappier the better!
Television
That's the box that I play my DVD's through!

I am a musician and filmmaker and spend a good chunk of my time doing things that are associated with my obsessions. But since my lifechoice obsessions have a reputation for being a bit escentric and having a love for partying, I can not let that reputation down. I am at home in my oddities.
I am currently working on a number of films, and other video projects. My main focuses in this line of work are Editing, Visual Effects, Music, Sound and Scoring. Thus, a mix of all those are always on my plate at any given time.
I have been fortunate enough to have gotten to work on some really good projects, and some mediocre to not-so-great projects. Some of which include shooting the Motion Cature for "Smack Down vs. Raw 2008", which was supposed to be getting released by Rainbow Studios before they shit-canned the whole project. I also worked for the porn star Jenna Jameson for a brief time while in college.... I only worked in their post production house, I wasn't actually making the porn. But lets face it, I wouldn't have objected.
I was the editor for the television show "Screen Wars", and I've done a series of commercials, shorts, and a little bit of work on feature films as well. Recently, a film I worked on awarded the Director "Film Maker of the Year" at the Phoenix Film Festival. The film was "The Long Shot", on which I was the editor.
I know, there's more to life than work. However, the master in the art of living makes no distinction between his work and his play. I'm keeping that mind set alive. Check Out My Resume
