Adenoid (ad-e-noid, noun):

A part of your nose which swells up when you drink or smoke too much and makes you sing like a twat. The Adenoids were formed in 2005 in Luton and have yet to be removed.

The Adenoids are:

Composed of equal parts hydrogen, lithium, Bekki, Steve, Trixylicks and Krayg.
Not yet understood by modern science.
