The Saga: as told by the Aggressive Napkins
(with special farewell commentary by Beau Larson)
This crazy band started off down south in Alabama with Sean Uranga, William Baker, Neil Larson, and Beau Larson. Since then Will went on a mission and Sean went off to college. Beau and Neil moved west to Las Vegas Nevada and the legacy followed. The Aggressive Napkins then became a threesome as Steven Wright joined Neil and Beau Larson on their journey for musical justice, and they were never the same. Since then they have picked up an old friend, Juan Requena, as bassist, kicked him to the curb, and are just recently picking up Jered Jones as their NEWEST bassist. BUT! he has even more recently decided to quit the band. Thus, The Aggressive Napkins embarked once again on a never-ending journey for a bassist, until they found this bassist named Mike Shaw, who is incredibly amazing at bass. Then Neil sporadically quit the band. Feeling confused and betrayed, The Napkins embarked on another journey, this time, for a drummer. Just when they thought there was no hope, a beautiful young man named Jered Jones arose from the abyss and said "i'm in".The Aggressive Napkins would never be the same. Then one morning Micheal Shaw was sitting next to his bowl of hash and he came to the realization that, in order to be successful in life, he must quit the band and study business in college. So he packed his bags and left to Reno where he parties day and night in his dorm room. The Aggressive Napkins were very discouraged by their loss of a bassist and they went dormant for a number of months. they sank to rock bottom. Then one day during their all-time low they came across a young chipper little fellow named Joshua Qualls. He seemed to have this energy about him that affected the whole group. It made them feel..... REBORN. This new found energy was just what they needed to get back up on the horse and ride him out of town. Now, all saddled up with Joshua by their side as their new bassist, The Aggressive Napkins have begun anew.
Together these four unarguably handsome guys play and sing their hearts out in the newly renovated garage of Jered's house.

....... in case anyone's curious to know why we are no longer together i will now begin to explain. the reasons for our breaking up go on and on... loss of interest, girlfriends, school, other distractions, lack of responsibility, and just plain lack of motivation. not to mention jered got more cocky and arrogant the longer his fuckin hair grew... but it all came down to one simple concept; determination. a quality in which the members of this band lacked. at least most of them anyway. I, Beau Larson, decided to leave this band because we were getting absolutely nothing done. I have made too many sacrifices for the people in this band in order to make us go somewhere, only to get it all thrown back in my face. after graduating high school i decided not to go away to college like my peers and everyone around me would expect from a bright young grad like myself. i had faith in my bandmates that we would kick it into gear and start making some amazing music. however, the more i tried, the less everyone else did, until finally, i felt like the only one that gave a damn. not only that but the members of my band were now saying the rudest things about me, calling me a loser. saying that i was lazy and stupid for not going to school, when i work harder than them going to work full time and writing music on the side. it was basically a giant slap in the face for sacrificing my own future for them. it was selfish, ungrateful, and betraying the way they treated me. my good friends...
anyway... i decided to take my music and only a guitar on my back and venture elsewhere. i have since found a new band that is not only better than the people i was playing with before, but are 100 times more efficient and have already surpassed anything that the aggressive napkins were ever capable of doing. i made the right decision, for my future and interests as a musician. i am sorry for all the fans that will be disappointed to see us gone. we sure had some good times and loved sharing them with our fans... i hope this website at least remains a memory of the good times we used to have. thank you for everyone who supported and loved us. i only hope that you continue to support and love us in whatever we choose to do in life. as for me... i'm a musician. thats all i know how to be. and i will continue down that path until i have given everyone a chance to hear me and sing along.
so it is with great resolve, that i say goodbye to you all. i thought that at least you all deserved some kind of explanation... the story behind the music..
