    Welcome to the Alexandra Beer Emporium's page, the only traditional pub in Southampton. You'll find us just off of London Road.
    Infamously reowned for being the first pub in Southampton to bring you Barcardi 151.

    Complete with a large heated outside seating area, great music, selection of board games and pub games, delicious home-made food we offer a welcoming and cheerful atmosphere. We have an extensive lunch and evening menu with some great specials (see menus below)


    Lunch is served from 12 till 3pm from Tuesday to Saturday and roast dinners from 1pm till late on Sundays.
    From popular demand, food is now served from Tuesday to Thursday evenings from 6pm till 9.30pm.


    Events

    Join us for our "lazy sundays" - Roast dinners served from 1pm till late, play one of our many boardgames (Connect 4, Guess Who, Scrabble, Monopoly, Southampton Monopoly, Jenga, Ker-Plunk, Operation, Downfall, Battleship, Dominoes, Cribbage, Backgammon, Chess and Draughts) and followup with the quiz night.


    Or simply come along to our quiz night that takes place every sunday from 8pm and join quizmaster Nick for a night of fun and frolics. Free entry, with free random prices and booze to be won.


    We also offer live music nights once a month filled with Local talent.


    Every game, whether on Sky, ESPN or any other channel, is show on our two sky boxes. With 6 screens inside, you can catch the action whereever you are.

    SANDWICHES AND WRAPS: 
    Southern Fried Chicken Wrap, Chicken and bacon wrap, Californian Chicken Sandwich, Club Sandwich and many different varieties of Baguettes.

    BURGERS: 
    OUR FAMOUS Homemade Beef Burger, Homemade Chicken Fillet Burger, Southern Fried chicken Burger,10oz Lamb and Mint Burger, Spicy Bean Burger and Meaty style Veggie Burger. Also with a choice of toppings.

    OUR DESSERT MENU:
    Sticky toffee pudding, Belgian waffles, Chocolate brownie ice cream cake, ALL with selection of toppings, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, ALSO with a mini creme egg on a bed of your chosen sauce to top it off NICE.

    SUNDAY ROAST MENU:
    Roast Chicken Breast Supreme, Aberdeen Angus Beef or Succullent Shoulder of Lamb; served with an excellent selction of fresh veg, including carrots, green beans, red cabbage, leeks, topped off with King Edward Roasted Potatoes.
    In addition, we serve stuffing balls, pigs in blankets and Yorkshire Puddings on ALL our dishes. Finished with a serving of our 'REAL' HOMEMADE GRAVY!
