About Alien Hand

I've been producing electronic music of one sort or another since the start of this century. I take great pleasure in bastardising perfectly respectable music for my own amusement. I am far too particular and will often spend months finishing a track. I spin tunes on my laptop whenever I get the chance, usually to the disgust and outrage of my peers. I hate psychedlic trance. Julie Dillon	May 4 2009 12:57 PM Thanx I'm glad u like my track "Interview 1984" It was made from samples of my family talking to me when I was 3 and then I pitch - shifted the sample of a tricycle to sound freaky. I reversed the gun shots to make the slicing sound used as a kind of beat and then added some more effects to the voices etc ... I composed the string part in Finale with the garritan orchrstral sounds which arn't bad. I know it's pretty intense alright, the funny thing is I don't actually want to shoot my family! I just like mixing innocent and not so innocent sounding samples together to create unease in the listener. P.s. we gotta do that boots are made for walkin track soon, I have an idea for a video to go with it too!
