The A-List band was formed in June 2006 with the goal of becoming the most versatile band in WNY. In doing so, lead singer Tom Gariano, a 30 year veteran of the local and national music scene, would need to find the right formula. In order to fulfill this large task, he enlisted four of the top area musicians and put together a band that would successfully be able to cover six decades of classic music to be performed at any style of event. Whether it be a rock club on a Friday or a wedding on a Saturday, the A-List Band has been a proven success. Aside from Tom, the band consists of drummer Rob Ferenc formerly of national recording artist Seven Day Faith. Having played sold out shows at Darien Lake and HSBC Arena, Rob has played for hundreds of thousands of fans nationally, had 3 Top 10 singles on Kiss 98.5 as well as a 1 record on Billboard Music charts in May 2004. Bassist Chris Capallupi who with Rob are the total foundation of this dynamic rhythm section. Chris is a well rounded bass player from his years playing jazz, blues and rock. On guitar and vocals we have a seasoned pro from Orchard Park in Craig McDonell. Not only can Craig play guitar but sings extremly well as a lead and backup vocalist. Our fifth and one of the most important part of our band is our keyboardist Tracy Russell, formally of national recording artist 805. Having to play not only his regular keyboard parts, Tracy also arranges the many horn and synth parts that are vital to the success of the A List. The bands song selection ranges 6 decades, from such early standards as "It's a Wonderful World" to the 60's Classic Rock of the Grass Roots, Neil Diamond, and Chicago) Included in the bands r'epertoire include all your favorite 70's disco songs, a long list of rockin' 80's from the likes of Journey, Eddie Money, and Tom Petty, and right up to the hits of the 90's and today. The band is self contained carrying their own sound and concert lighting with many special effects to electrify the performance. The A-list band has continued to perform over 100 shows per year which telestrates the demand for this great group. Feel free to contact us for your next event .
