| | Movies | Mondays, there's Bad Ass Jazz. Real Jazz. Tuesdays is 1/2 price draft day. All imports & micros on draft, all day long. | | Television | We finally have one, but we don't turn our massive 16" monster on very often. Special events, like the inauguration we'll use it for. We even will put some sports on from time to time. Mainly, it's off.
This I believe... Bars are a great place to get glassy-eyed talking to people, making friends, & socializing. Getting glassy-eyed watching the 4th repeat of sports center at a bar is sad. Thompson, Albert Camus, Arthur C. Clarke, Oscar Wilde, Spalding Gray, Robert Heinlen, Philip K. Dick, Hemingway, Isacc Asimov, Bertrand Russell, Martin Buber, James Joyce, Joseph Campbell, Saul Bellow, Hermann Hesse, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle | | Heroes | Skeet shooting Gahndi from two dimentions over. Talking elvis night light, he's creepy and dreamy. Greek gods, they have really mellowed out after that whole loss of followers thing. Bubble blowing Buddha squeaky toys, he smiles while keeping your dog happy, and the kittens love the bubbles. Milton, there's nothing like an unrhymed epic. Whoever invented orbitz bubble mint gum, it's just super. Dr. Pepper, named his soda after a love who rejected him and didn't write a song about it. |

A bar based around the notion that no TV, great music, good people in a fun environment makes for a happy little place for those of us who like that sort of thing.
We are located at 831 Exposition in Dallas, near Deep Ellum, across the street from Fair Park.
