Hey there. I suppose an update of some sorts may be in order... As you all know, Tim moved to Kansas City, Randy moved to Cali, I, Matt, moved to Michigan and Hammy is in IA City. So, alas, there is no The Andrew Ridgeleys Band... there's me, Matt, posting the occasional song or two... but the band has disbanded, again... but much more convincingly this time than previous disbandments. Hammy created a Geech profile, they're my "top friend," which contains some songs from the glory days... back when Baner was still whacking away at his guitar and Timmy still got naked.
So now It's just me on this is page, shelling out some musings told in song... some of it is improvised, most is not. All of the quality sucks, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Hammy has some good shit on his page, good guitar and, unlike me, his lyrics actually make sense.
And that's really it. I just sit in this basement and write songs for me, my computer and anyone else out there who stumbles upon this page.
Upon further listening, it really just sucks. A lot. But thanks for the moral support. I, too, miss those times when Tim still got naked. For differen reasons, probably...
You have got to put back up (or allow me to put back up) "Goddamn What I Am." I don't care if Randy thinks it's cliche. It's not. It's fantastic and the lyrics are perfect. It sums everything up. Think about it.

Oh I'm totally feeling a moving deep within the tides. Specifically, the ones that are forcing me to move tomorrow. Stupid moon. Stupid gravity. Stupid celestial configurations. Stupid expanding universe. Stupid 'big bang'. I have a new theory: the universe sucks. It doesn't expand; it just plain sucks. Where's your Jebus, huh? He realized this universe sucks and said "Fuck it, I'm out." Just like Baner. He's out. Think about it. Noooooooooo!!!! Stop. Faith. That's right. She's really fucking hot. Its good to see you guys have been at it. So about this show-give me some possible dates and I'll hook you up. I have fervent dreams of drunken all nite jam sessions and emptying out smokes and filling them back up. Kelley Ripa is still smokin hot.
