THE ANTHEM is a four piece rock/pop punk band hailing from  Cisterna(LT), very close to Rome.
THE ANTHEM is a mix of unforgettable melodies, explosive guitar hooks and relentlessly driving rhythms.
The band formed in the late 2004 while all of its members were teenagers (there will be some line-up changes until now).They're influenced by the American pop-punk rock bands, but they take inspiration from every kind of music. They played locally and in the north of Italy and released a self-produced EP in the early 2007(“a fake wolf isn't even a dog”). They have just recorded a new 3 songs-promo and will hit every possible stage of the world!

Q: Who the f**k are you?
A: We are The Anthem (important: not "anathem" or "anther"). We are from Cisterna (LT) (very close to ROME). We officially formed in the early 2005.

A: Please tell us where you'd like us to come! We're still a pretty new band, so the best way to get us to your city faster is to spread the word to your friends and their friends and so on!

A: Our new 2008-promo will be available soon on iTunes, Amazon and more and at all shows.

A: We have merch at all our shows. Also, we will be launching the THE ANTHEM webstore soon!
