Who I'd like to meet: ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Thea is an instructor of Egyptian/Cabaret Belly Dance at McGroarty Arts Center in Tujunga, CA and Bliss Dance Studio in Pasadena, CA. She is also a founding member of Zillouette belly dance ensemble. Thea performed for four years as a member of the Jewels of the Dance and has studied under Mesmera, Princess Farhana, Kristen, Kamala, Tempest and others. Known for her strong hip movements, flowing veil work, zills and sword, Thea has pleased many audiences with her natural fluidity and creativity in dance. She performs often at Moun of Tunis in Hollywood. She has also performed at Dar Maghreb, El Cid Show Restaurant, Gitana, Simon's Cafe, The Sphinx Cafe, Paraty 33 and Onile in Brazil, Anabelle's Chocolate Lounge, and belly dance conventions as well as many other events and private parties.
