Red.Was.Here have decided that it is time to release an album in June-ish time this year. We thought this would be an insane oppertuity to start a competition amongst all those on myspace and around the world! What we want YOU to do is to give us your best and wildest attempt at the possible album artwork. It can be whatever you want it to be and there shall be no limitations at all. The winner of this competition shall get his/her artwork on the cover of our album - and also recieve a free album and suprise gift pack. I'd tell you what's inside this divine pack, but we do not know as of yet. It'll be nice.
The name of the album is THE BEAT CARRIES ON! You can get your inspiration for the the title. Once your artwork is done - please send it to our email - red.was.here.band@gmail.coMake sure it is in a suitable format for example - Jpg, Bmp, Png.. ect. Make sure the size of the image is reasonably big.
The artwork can be a drawing, painting, vector, photograph. You name it. We'll accept it.
All those who have entered the competition shall get their work put on our myspace for the world to look at!
Yep we're still alive & have upcoming gigs! We're gonna take a wee break from gigging after that so we can work on old stuff & finish the new songs so these will be our last gigs for a while! Make sure you come along & support us before our self imposed exile:
