Thats all folks! We're sorry to say the from the end of this year (2008) The Arches will cease to be a live music venue. Over the 34 months we've been involved we have hosted hundreds of live gigs (i'm not counting the exact amount but it must be near enough 500 or more).
I'm sure you all have your own memories of the place, good and bad, and any comments of your own experiences can be posted here.
Which just leaves us to thank everyone who got involved in some way or other, promoters, bands, all staff, supporters. Hopefully there'll be a list of names put on here soon enough. You know who you are!
