The Argent Dawn are a 5 piece death metal band from the south west of England. Drawing influences from bands such as decapitated, Bloodbath and Aborted as well as the new breed of metal titans such as The Acacia Strain and Whitechapel.
Formed in late 2006, the band have been constantly playing shows and writing new material. With 6 full UK tours under their belts TAD are no strangers to the metal scene and have shared the stage/toured with bands such as; Dying Fetus, Whitechapel, Despised Icon, Man Must Die, Ted Maul etc.
After a couple of line up changes the band finally found the sound they were looking for and signed a deal with UK's Rising Records in Febuary 2008. The bands debut full length 'A Blank Eternity' was recorded at the Rising studios in ipswich late 2008. The Album has since been mixed and mastered and is due for release late summer!
