The last version of this bio started with an answer to a frequently posed question - namely "Are you guys still together?" The answer was - YES - but now I must break the news that this is no longer the case.
Jeremy decided to leave the band and as a result the ashgrove are no more ... they cease to be ... they have shuffled off their mortal coil and gone to meet their maker. Sorry - bad Monty Python reference.
Which leads us to a new question - what now?
For starters - Ryan, Rick and Bill will continue to write music and finish the songs we were working on using a collective of musicians culled from the pool of talented people we happen to know.
Secondly - a second project is in the works but we can't reveal more right now ... no joke -we really can't. All will be made clear soon enough - if you actually care that is ...
Thanks to all who have supported the band over the years - mum and dad, etc... and you haven't heard the last from the ashgrove - well the bits of the band that haven't quit anyway ...
